We are a mobile service that serves all types of events from weddings & baby showers to corporate events and birthdays and much more in between. We customize our set up to accommodate all your party needs.

 

We bring the bar to you! Being mobile allows our team the opportunity to provide out of the box, quality services right to you. You can build your own menu from the comfort of where you are and rest assured knowing our team understands your vision. Our services allow you the opportunity to communicate your wants without having to get into the nitty-gritty yourself! Don't worry - we'll take it from here!

As a mobile service we know that your venue may already have a bar you love and you don't need to rent one from us. No problem! 

Because all of our services are A La Carte you can hire a bartender without one of our bars. Quotes for bartenders alone include an hourly price, insurance fee, travel fee, and they must be fed at the event if it runs over a mealtime. 

There is a possibility for an "After hours fee".

-What can you serve?

A common misconception based on our name is that we only work with alcohol. We can serve just about anything! We have tools for nonalcoholic mocktails, cocktails, slushie's and more. We can do a coffee/hot drinks bar but are limited to the kinds we can make because of our limited equipment. 

 

-Can I hire a bartender without a bar?

Absolutely! All of our services are A La Carte, meaning you can rent a bar and use your own bartenders or use the bar for a photo backdrop. You can use our bars for ticket stations or hire a group of girls and serve a crowd from your venues bar. Mix -N- Match however you need to. We also have small rentals available to add onto any quote. 

 

-Do you buy the alcohol or can we?

Two options here! You can use the lists we send to do your own shopping and bargain hunt if you'd like. We do ask that you look closely at the liquid amounts because 3, 15 oz bottles of lime juice are very different than 3, 30 oz bottles of lime juice and can affect your drink count significantly. One of the items you can add onto your service quote is "Alcohol and grocery pick up". With this service we will pick up the groceries confirmed by you from the store and transport them to your event, as well as the alcohol. All you'll have to do is order the alcohol to our local Specs and pay for it. Then we will pick it up for you prior to your event and transport it, leaving less work for you to do. Price tbd on event. 

 

-How far do you travel?

As a mobile service we're able to travel anywhere! Unless it is a previously talked about situation which applies for discounts, we do have a travel fee per mile so keep that in mind. 

 

-How do I know how much to purchase to stock the bar?

Included with your quote will be alcohol/grocery calculations once you decide on a menu. We will send you two lists that go over in detail the size of bottles and how many you will need of each item for the proposed event. Our hope is that you can easily use the list on your shopping trip or even hand it to the liquor store worker and they should be able to help you. The grocery list will include items like mixers, nonalcoholic drinks for underage guests, rims, cups, napkins, straws, stirs, ice and garnish down the each and every lime wedge you should be getting for your event. The alcohol list will include mixers you typically won't find at a grocery store, alcohol quantities to each and every beer, divided out so you can see how many drinks per guests is estimated. Allowing you to decide if you need to add or subtract from the list to meet the needs of your event.  Both of these lists will be sent to you to confirm the quantity and style.

*Disclaimer: these are estimations based on routine events. You know your guests best and the list is made to be altered to fit your event! Some guests will order items off of the menu which can change the calculations we planned on and alter the number or proposed drinks we discussed, if you're afraid of running out we can always add onto the lists. If you have a limited budget and do run out it just means your guests loved our drinks!

 

-How much does it cost?

This is a difficult question to answer because all of our services are a la carte and every event is different. Length of service, number of guests, drink menu, and more affect the price differently but here is the best answer I can give you. For example: if your wedding is local, has 75 or less drinking guests, 4 hours of bar service, simple bar menu, your bar investment might be close to $290.00.

Horse trailer bar

with or without a  bartender

The original bar! Our horse trailer bar is what were most commonly known for and from the photos you can tell why- isn't she a western beauty!

 

On the outside it's got a beautiful set of horns (permanent), neutral tan paint, stainless steel counter tops, wood siding that fits perfect with the western style. What matters most is what's on the inside! Inside we've got 1 wine fridge, 1 mini fridge/freezer, a top shelf for liquor display (because you're worth it!), a sink, lights, and space to work. 

 

The dimensions are seen here for building constraints. Please remember there will also be a vehicle towing the horse trailer to get it parked so contact us directly about parking issues if you need to. The horse trailer does require a regular house plug for all of its electrical elements to work. 

 

This bar holds 4-5 drink options inside because of space constraints. Self-serve troughs can be out in front of the trailer for grab n go items to free up some room for more options.

Cantina wood bar

With or without a bartender

This is how you pack a punch! Our wood bar is our smallest bar rental but makes up for size with style. Perfect for indoor events or as a secondary bar option to isolate any specific drink options and reduce potential lines. 

 

The front has those classic western brass studs everyone loves, and the word "Cantina" in a natural golden-brown color matching the bar itself as not to stand out too much, The back has 2 shelves to store supplies for your event. 

 

The dimensions are seen here for possible door constraints. but turned sideways on a dolly, fits through standard sized doors. This bar does not have any electrical elements so good venue lighting is preferred. 

 

This bar holds 1-2 drink options due to storage constraints. Self-serve troughs can be out in front for grab-n-go items.

nonalcoholic bar, alcohol bar, ticket booth, dessert table, welcome gifts table, cocktail food table, gift tables, and more.

-Plan specific days with your friends or family to sit down and plan what you can so you can overall enjoy the process!

Plan a lunch to chat about details. Get your nails done together and make your vendor list. Plan a girl's trip to make your DIY elements together. This is supposed to be an enjoyable time in your life- not a punishment. 

 

-Plan ahead & delegate!

Listen closely, you do not have to do everything yourself! Ask people you trust or hire someone to handle the details that are stressing you out. Saving money is one thing but picking up trash at your own wedding ... not cool!

 

-Schedule activities/time slots during your wedding for private moments. A morning toast with your grandma as she helps you with your "something blue". A secret late-night picnic with your S/O after your wedding. Involve important people in your life where you can during your day, it will not only make your day better but theirs as well.

About Darby, the owner

As a wife and mom to one little boy, I am always on the go. I like to be busy so I am always helping someone or working on a project for something. I love to help people and find joy in problem solving. I enjoy working out in all styles, thrift shopping, gardening/taking care of my houseplants, helping my husband on the family ranch, and riding horses when I can. Growing up I had a lot of different jobs and at the time, I thought I was being too picky but now that I have so many experiences in different fields, I find it very useful today! The western style of the business comes from my family- everyone from the young to the old trail ride, ranch, farm, barrel race, team rope and more- It's just who we are. I love to learn new things so I am always up to something- some would say jack of all trades, master of none! If you asked me what a day in my life would look like I would say any of the following: working for my mobile beverage service, helping at the ranch, watching my son, painting, help coordinate weddings or events at church, social media accounts for an Airbnb client, and the newest is learning to tattoo or a number of other fun things!
